1. How do I place my order?
Simply add products to Shopping Bag & proceed to payment.
We will send you an order confirmation within 24 hours.

1. What are your payment options?
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.

2. How do you process the payment? Is it safe?
All credit card payments will be directed to PayPal and process accordingly.
PayPal is a well-recognized payment site that is highly secured and trustworthy.
All payment transactions will be handled by PayPal, therefore we will not obtain any credit card and personal information of our customers at any circumstances.

3. Which currency do you accept?
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
You can either choose to make payment in Singapore Dollars (SGD) or currencies that are accepted by PayPal.
If you choose to pay by other currencies, the total amount of your purchase will be converted according to the rates listed by PayPal.

4. Will I be notified after you receive the payment for my order?
Yes, we will notify you of the receipt of payment, together with the shipping details within 24 hours through email.


SHIPPING
1. What are the shipping options?
All orders within Singapore are shipped by Registered Post via SingPost.

2. How long will it take to receive my orders?
Approx. 2 working days. 
We will inform you of the tracking no. of your package and you can log onto SingPost website for delivery details.

3. How soon do you send out my order?
We will send out your order the next working day after full payment is received, unless items are out of stock.
In this case, you can choose to wait or cancel your order. Full refund will be given if order is cancelled under this circumstance.

4. What is the shipping cost?
Our shipping cost is fixed at SGD 3.25 per order.
We offer a Free Delivery for a single order of SGD 200 and above.


RETURN / EXCHANGE
1. Can I ask for a refund / exchange if I do not like the item?
As a reseller, we are not responsible for any dissatisfaction of the size, color, material used for the product, therefore, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer any refund / exchange due to this reason.

2. What should I do if the item is damaged during shipment?
We will make sure that the items are at their best condition before sending out all orders.
